Eat More To Lose Weight

Sounds ironic doesn't it?  But the truth is, it's true!  When people starve themselves and don't eat, when you do end up eating again or binging, your body gains a lot of weight.  You would have stayed the same amount, but when you didn't eat, your body goes into hyper mode and is out of control and is powerless to stop eating when they start.  Missing breakfast, like most people, is not healthy at all.  Because your body starts eating yourself and is very unhealthy.  When I say eat more, I don't mean chocolates, candies, cake, and caramel.  Eating something that will fill you up, like actually full meals.
